A purchase order is confirmed only after Santhrupthi Medicals receives successful payment and accepts the order.

Once your order is accepted, you may receive an order confirmation by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or phone, depending on the contact details provided by you.

Santhrupthi Medicals reserves the right to cancel or reject any order due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing, incomplete information, delivery limitations, or any other valid reason.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to display accurate product information, including product name, price, description, availability, and images.

However, product packaging, ingredients, manufacturer details, or prices may change from time to time. Customers are advised to read the product label, usage instructions, and expiry details before use.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Products sold by Santhrupthi Medicals may include Ayurvedic medicines, herbal products, wellness products, personal care items, supplements, and general healthcare products.

These products are not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Santhrupthi Medicals may accept payments through available payment methods such as UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking, cash, or other approved payment options.

We do not store customers’ debit card, credit card, UPI, or banking details. Online payments, if any, are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders will be shipped as per our Shipping Policy.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, customer location, courier service, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Santhrupthi Medicals is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect address, customer unavailability, or events beyond our control.

7. Return & Refund

Returns, replacements, and refunds will be handled as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Products once purchased cannot be returned or exchanged except in cases where the product delivered is damaged, expired, or incorrect, subject to verification by Santhrupthi Medicals.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Karnataka, India.
