Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or national holidays. Shipment timelines may vary due to high order volume, transit delays, weather conditions, natural calamities, location accessibility, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If there is any delay in shipment, we will notify you through email, phone call, or SMS.
If any product is out of stock or needs to be freshly prepared, we will inform you before processing the order further. We make every effort to ensure you have a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience with Santhrupthi Medicals.
Shipping Rates
Santhrupthi Medicals offers free delivery on orders of Rs. 1000 or more, subject to product and location eligibility.
For orders below Rs. 1000, shipping charges may vary depending on the delivery location.
Shipping charges for liquid products may be higher, as these items are generally shipped through surface transport/roadways as per courier and logistics guidelines.
Express delivery is available only for delivery addresses within India, on special request and subject to prior confirmation. Shipping charges for express delivery will be applied as per the logistics partner’s tariff.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, Santhrupthi Medicals will send you a shipment confirmation message or email with tracking details.
The tracking number is usually activated within 24 hours after shipment. You can use the tracking details to follow the status of your order until it reaches your delivery address.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
GST, customs duties, or other applicable taxes may be charged as per government rules and regulations.
Any such charges, if applicable, must be borne by the customer.
Reasons for Delivery Delay
Santhrupthi Medicals makes every effort to deliver orders on or before the estimated delivery date. However, delivery may be delayed due to:

Special Note for Liquid Products
Orders containing liquid products, especially deliveries to North India, may take 15-21 days because such consignments are usually transported by surface/roadways.
